Darin Poole



Attorney Darin A. Poole grew up in Milwaukee.

He earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan in 2004. While in law school, he was awarded a certificate of merit in Education Law and Federal Indian law. He also earned a place on the dean’s list and participated in intra-school mock trials.

As a law student, he also worked as a legal intern on the Cooley “Innocence Project.” In that role, he researched and prepared arguments to re-open the cases for prisoners who were wrongfully convicted of crimes.

He also served a legal internship in the Office of the State Public Defender in Milwaukee in the summer of 2000. Before entering college, he worked at a variety of jobs where he came in contact with people from all walks of life. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Social Welfare in 2000.

Poole joined the firm in 2006 where he serves as a main contact for many new clients.

He is a licensed attorney to practice law in both Wisconsin and Indiana. Poole is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and Indiana State Bar Associations as well as the American Association for Justice.
