Personal Injury Attorneys
Our firms mission is to provide our clients with the highest level of professional assistance. These are not just words, but the value that drives the attorneys, paralegals and other professionals in our firm. We are dedicated to obtaining financial justice from the parties responsible for your losses and protecting you and your emotional well-being during stressful times.
We recognize that each client is important and that the outcomes of their cases seriously affect their futures. For that reason, we believe in being prepared, working hard and smart, staying focused and maintaining close relationships with our clients.
Much of our personal satisfaction comes from earning the trust and confidence of our clients; the value in treating every person with the dignity and respect they deserve; and, the good coming from the financial security we recover for our clients and their families.
This philosophy guides how we work with clients and, we believe, is the reason our firm has grown and prospered in the past 35 years.
Our Team of Legal Professionals
Hausmann-McNally, S.C. has over 80 employees in four states. We recognize that an excellent professional staff is responsible for much of our success. Many employees have been with our firm for * 20 to 30 years. Veterans not only apply their years of experience to the cases and problems of our clients, they also share their experience with newer people. Training, cross-training and mentoring are a natural part of the employee development at Hausmann-McNally, S.C.
As a client, you will have one paralegal assigned to your case. You will receive letters and phone calls from that paralegal on a regular schedule. Your paralegal will be your contact while you are receiving medical treatment. You can call your paralegal any time and get as much information as you need. Questions that require legal advice will, of course, be immediately referred to an attorney. Your client file is always available on the state-of-the-art computer network at their fingertips and always confidential between you and your legal team. When you have finished medical treatment and have healed as much as possible, we then gather up all your accident-related bills (medical, rehabilitation, lost wages, etc.) and turn your file over to a lawyer-legal secretary team. We notify you when this happens, so you always know who to talk to about questions and problems.
Hausmann-McNally’s personal injury attorneys and their support teams explore every avenue of financial recovery for clients. Your lawyer and the legal secretary work closely to get your case settled as favorably and promptly as possible for you. But, we do not take short cuts to hurry things along. It takes time to determine the extent of your losses and injuries. In some cases, the accident results in a permanent disability and we need to establish the facts of that case and obtain medical reports to establish the degree of your permanent physical impairment in the face of an almost-certain insurance company challenge. Your lawyer needs time to research and prepare a strong case, and, often insurance representatives take time to prepare reports and assemble offers. At any point along the way, we are willing to give you an estimate of how much time your case will take.
As a client, you will not meet all our staff, but be assured there are many behind-the-scenes individuals working hard to keep the files and cases moving forward effectively and efficiently. Some of the people our clients meet include:
- Investigators/ photographers who interview clients, photograph injuries and property damage
- Insurance professionals who research the extent of insurance coverage related to your case
- Property damage settlement professionals—who help get your vehicle repaired/replaced
- Paralegals assigned to individual clients’ cases
- Attorneys/Legal settlement team including legal secretary
- Trial attorneys
- Settlement distribution professionals
